Error

Hello, I'm getting the following error when Outlook 2002 is opened:

The add-in,"C:/WINDOWS?SYSTEM/AVGXCH32.DLL" could not be installed or
loaded. This program may be resolved by using detect and repair on the help
menu. Unable to load "C:/WINDOWS?SYSTEM/AVGXCH32.DLL" you may be out of
memory, out of system resources or missing a .dll file.

That is the error that I am getting...however i tried the detect and
repair...did not work...and i have enough memory and system resources.

Can anyone help out with this..your assistance is greatly appreciated

Remove the AVG add-in by Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced
Options...-> button COM Add-Ins/Add-In Manager
