When trying to navigate in a website, I keep getting a
message saying explorer has encountered a problem and has
to close. It allows me to send an error message but
that's it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

can't fix it for ya, but it sounds like a conflict or a
bad driver.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
