I keep getting this error message when I try to run a
cd......

C:\Windows|System32\Autoexec.nt, The system file is not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
applications. Chosse 'Close' to terminate the application.

Its got something to do with the 32 bit system......it
seems to be running in 16 bit....any ideas how I can fix
this ????

See if you have a folder called Windupdate in your Program Files directory.
Not Winupdate but Windupdate. There is a file in there called Windupdate.exe
that deletes your Autoexec.nt file on boot up. Delete that folder and put a
new Autoexec.nt file in you system32 folder and all will be good. Don't
forget to delete all traces of Windupdate in your registry. This has fixed my
problem completely!
