ERROR

Everytime I start WindowsXP I get the message ERROR
loading C:\Program
Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll What do I
need to do to get rid of this Error message?
I tired to go to the wildtangent link but that did not
work.
