error ....

i#ve installed windows vista without problems, but after a reboot there came
the window that my vista version isn't activated, bit i had activated it.
and when i click on the tab "Enter your Product key again" there came a
error message.
and on the other options i can choose there came the same error message.-
who can help me?
 
Activation means the computer goes on the interweb and says hello to
Microsoft....
