When I Start To Install Windows Xp Pro On a

Asus p4vp-mx Mother Bord
Celeron 2.6 ghz
256mb ram
40gb Seagate HD

I Get The Following Error:

STOP: c000021 Unknown Hard Error

The Thing Is That i Swaped Every Possable Hard Core Device There Is In That
Pc,
I Even Swaped The PSU

Please Help Me As Soon As Possable
