Error with S32PCAG.DLL File

When trying to load PCAnywhere 11.0 on Windows XP, error "cannot read S32PCAG.DLL" comes up. Symantec informs the windows installer need to be clean up and/or replaced. I have been referred to microsoft for help on removing and reinstalling the file. Does anyone know how to resolve the prob???

Have you tried the installer cleaner as suggested?
