Error with product-activation after Upgrade

I upgraded a Notebook with our WindowsXP Pro-CD (SP1) which is a cooperate
edition, now after the setup I can enter my username and password for the
domain and Windows returns the following error:

"Windows-Productactivation" "Unable to check the license for this computer,
Errorcode: 0x80004005"

After clicking on OK, windows returns to the logon-screen.

Any ideas how to handles this problem, except re-installing Windows?
