Error with Access help

When i try to use the help file in Microsoft access i
receive the following error message "A temporary file is
created when Help is setting up
(C:\WINNT\Help\acmain80.TMP). This file is temporarily
stored on your computer or on a network. There is either
not enough disk space for this file, or the network
connection is not responding.". Can anyone offer any
solution to this problem.
 
It sounds like you don't have room on your computer. Maybe delete some internet temporary files and history files. Also the recycle bin can be emptied.
