Error Windows Player reinstall after installing it

After I install windows player 10, when I try to start it I get an error code
that windows player was not installed properly and must be reinstalled. When
I reinstall from the microsoft download site the same error to reinstall
occurs ad infiniitum. Can anyone get me out of this circle?
