Error window after installing XP SP3.

I get a dos window that pops up c:\windows\system32\ in the title bar and a
couple errors that say "Error: Access is denied" then another window that
scrolls through a bunch of messages saying "Error: The Parameter is
incorrect". The Windows disappear and the Windows Scripting Host window says
Done then goes away. This happens after installing SP3 and logging in with
the administrator account.

Has anyone seen this before?
