Error While Trying to Run Project

Hi Everyone,
I just installed VS.Net 2003 and tried to run my first project and got
the error message "Error While Trying to Run Project". This happenned to
me also when I installed a previous version and someone tole me I had to
run a certain command on the VS Command prompt. It's been a while and I
forget what that command is.
Can anyone out there let me know?
