error while setting the trusted connection.

Hi,

I meet this error while setting the trusted
connection between 2 domains, hope someone can help.

error :

"Information from the primary domain controller for
the domain "abc.com" can not be obtained because the RPC
server is unavailable. Make sure that the PVC is
operating properly and then try again. "
