Error while going to entire network

I am using windows XP Professional with service pack 2 the
problem is that i am not able to to see the all the pc's
which is in my workgroup, i am able to see some pc's (i.e
25 out of 50 pc's)

Please tell me how i can see the entire pc's in my entire
network whereas i have installed all the protocols which
is required.

i am able to see the some of our PC's

Please help me out the problem
