Error when trying to zip a file in XP

When I try to utilize the zip feature in XP on a particular file I am getting
the following error:

File not found or no read permission.

This is a very large file (which is why I am zipping it). I am able to zip
other smaller files.

Is there a size restriction to the XP file zip feature?

Hi,

Actually, I don't think this is a permissions issue. I am the only user on
this laptop. I created the backup file and I am a local and network
administrator. I checked the permissions and it is wide open. So...I am
back to thinking I have a size issue or there is something unique going on.

Any other thoughts?

Then the file is locked by some process (in use). Reboot and try again.

Or get WinZip.
