Error when trying to open email

When I try and open an email (inside or outside) I get a message "can't open
this item".

I have removed and reinstalled and ran all updates.
The user works fine on another pc.

does this apply to all emails or just specific ones. It can happen under
certain circumstances when clipart is embedded in the message.

I deleated her profile on her maim pc and recreated her user account. Before
moving anything I logged her into outlook. I still get the same message.

See if deleting Frmcache.dat (if it exosts) and Outcmd.dat and restartign
Outlook helps. I doubt it will.
Just to check if this might have soemthign to do with local files try
Outlook under another user account on the same machine and see if you still
et the error. If you do a Repair might be in order.
