Error When Trying to Install Street & Trip 2002

I am running Windows XP Professional. I have install many software but when trying to install Microsoft Street & Trip 2002 I keep getting this error msg; Error:1305 reading from file D:/Msmap/pfiles/msmap.usaartdotd.verify that the file exists and that you can access it. I open to see if the usaart.its file exists and it does. I have the Microsoft Works Suite 2002. I was able to install Disc 1,3 and 4 but Disc 2 which is Microsoft Street & Trip is the one that I am having this proble, Can anyone help

that really isn't a problem. Just bypass the error and install. It is
looking for the run CD that has all the topographical data. If you have dual
CD drives put the run disk in the available one while installing. Otherwise
install as normal. When completed, invoke the program making sure the run cd
is in the drive. You may have to point the program to it.

I can't override the error msg. When I see the error msg do I need to insert anoher Disc, restart PC or what. I been trying to overide this error but if I do it cancel the install. I see in the add/remove that the prgrom is install but when I try to lunch it it tells me to insert Disc 2 and here is where I keep getting the error ms
