error when opening outlook 2003 - not a valid add in SBCMSYNC.DLL

On start up outlook displays a message saying this file is not a valid add in
.. How can I get rid of it? Thanks.

Does this happen when you open Outlook in Safe Mode? Go to Start | Run and
enter

outlook.exe /safe
