Error when logging on as 1 not any other users

When my son logs on under his logon the below error
continously pops up and you have to continue to click
ok. It is never ending until you shut down. All other
users login without a problem.

Cannot create file c:\program
files\clientman\run\data\app.dat

thanks for any help
