Error when Fill Color Applied

User has Excel 2000

User has workbook with about a dozen worksheets in it. The book crashes
when she attempts to apply color to cells. Sounds like a corrupt document to
me. She sent to me and it works fine in Excel 2002.

Fixes we tried:

Copy/paste sheets to new workbook. Works briefly then crashes again.
I pasted to new workbook in 2002 and sent back. It still crashes in 2000.
Lowered hardware acceleration from Full to None.
Tech could not find a newer video driver.

Are there any other suggestions? The only other thing I can think of is to
see if she can be reinstalled with Excel 2002. This is an important workbook
for the user and she has business reasons for needing to apply fill color.

Not sure if it will help, but try changing User's default printer in
Windows to a different printer. If that fixes the problem, then delete
and reinstall the printer driver for User's normal printer.
