Error when embedding fonts PPT XP

I get the following error when trying to save a PPT that
has embedded fonts:
Some of your fonts cannot be saved with the presentation.
Cannot be saved: Reason:
CG Omega General Failure

Any ideas?

OK, I loaded the font properties utility and it says that
this particular font is editable embedding. Now what?

Punt? LOL! I really don't know. I guess you could try re-installing the
font, but beyond that I don't have any good ideas. Maybe someone else will
offer some suggestions.
