Error when deleting file

I receive an error when deleting a file: "Cannot find the
specified file Make sure you specify the correct path &
file"....I followed the directions found in the MS help
and support page and found the procedure DID NOT correct
the problem. Here is what I did: Re-create the folder on
your H/PC, and then copy or move the file to the folder.
OR Copy or move the file to a different folder on your
H/PC.

Any suggestions??

I went to the link as directed and found that all I had
to do was to Right click the Recycle
Bin/Properties/Check: Do Not Move Files to the Recycle
Bin...BadaBing..NO MORE FILE!!!
