Error:VB for App project is corrupt

Hi,

I get the message:

"The Visual Basic for Applications project in the database is corrupt."

When I try to run the mde file created in another PC.

Any Help?

The following KB article deals with this error message. As you did not say
what version of Access you are running or what version of Access the .mde
file was created with, I cannot say for sure whether it is relevant to your
situation.

Thanks,

the db was compiled in Acess 2003 and the receiving end had Acess 2002.
It seems SP3 will not solve the problem.

Wonderful compatibility.

Yes, similar to creating a document in Word 2000 and being upset that it
won't open with Word 97...

Wonderful compatibility.

Not really. As SusanV points out backwards compatibility only goes
so far. What SP3 does is give you a better error message.
