Error using hyperlinks in Outlook

Every time I click on a hyperlink in outlook I get the following message:
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator." I can not use hyperlinks
to open a page from my email and it is getting frustrating. This is a change
because I used to be able to open hyperlinks from Outlook mail. Any ideas??

Are you trying this on your OWN pc or on a pc that belongs to a corporate
network??
Are you trying to be smarter than the guy who setup the security on that pc?
What is that hyperlink?

This is on my home PC of which I am the administrator, but I didn't make any
changes. It's any email that contains a hyperlink. I get info from my realtor
to check out properties and I can't click on the links without getting the
error. I have to copy the link by highlighting it, right click "copy" and
paste it in the address line to access the link....it's getting old. Thinking
about an Apple...my son doesn't have near the problems I have with
Microsoft...:>(
