Error: Unable to read footer file

I have uploaded my web to the server. When I view it live I see this error message at the bottom of my pages

Help
 
Are you using the Frontpage "Include" feature or standard Server Side Includes or
Shared Borders?

It may be an IIS setting thats placing a footer at the bottom of all pages.
This is a site wide setting in the MMC that should be turned off by default
