Hi,
Hoping someone can help. I have a report in access based on a query. In the query I am sorting sales data by customer by category and calculating a few fields. One of these fields compares sales data for say September this year with last year. In my report have added further text boxes in various footer fields which sum this september variance over a series of account items and then in a footer field for the customer. I have created these footer fields by using the "Group/Sort/Total" field at the bottom. What I can't seem to do however is sort this data by the customer based on the calculated field.
Unfortunately I can't seem to upload/attach files to this post either which adds to my dilemma.....
