Error trying to use newly published form

I am using XP. After a publish a form to a mail folder and then try to use it
via the Action menu, I get the message "The form you selected could not be
displayed. An error occurred registering the form in the OLE registry. i
haven't been able to get any forms to work.

If you can't get any forms to work, it's probably time to run Help | Detect and Repair.
