Does anyone know how to fix?

I am trying to print from a webpage to a shared printer in the office. I
can print to my local printer without a problem.

Are you really using IE6 or are you using IE7?

You might try a few of these, though Line 1838 doesn't get a mention:

Start with the third article, in your case. Most often, I've seen this when
the iepeers.dll file found in C:\WINDOWS\system32 is damaged or the wrong
version, or when the printer drivers need to be reinstalled.
