Error trying to open attachment in Outlook 2000 SP-3

Hi there

I am trying to open an attachment in Outlook and I get the following error
message:

"Can't create file: <file name>. Right click the folder you want to create
the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder"

Im an adminsitrator to the pc so its not a permissions thing. I've tried
saving it to a location and opening from there but same error occurs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
