error trying to join domain

When I try to join a workstation to my existing win2k3 small biz server
domain after it prompts to enter a user name and password it comes back with
a following error:

The following error ocurred atempting to join the domain "domain_name":
The network path was not found

I can ping the server name with no problem, ping the domain name no problem,
I access the domain trhough start then run \\server_name\shared_name with no
problems.

Please help don't know what's going on, I tried to join other workstations
and they are ok.

Check the DNS settings on the problem workstation - it should be using the
domain's DNS server for name resolution and no others.
