Error trying to import digital certificate

Trying to import an Equifax digital cerificiate. I get
the following error.

'Error in acceptPKCS7. Error number 80092004occurred.'

And the instal fails. Anyone seen this before?
I'm running IE 6.0 with SP2 on an XP box.
