error to join the domain

Hi,

Somebody, can help me?
I trying to join at domain but i received the next error

The following error ocurred attempting to join the
domain "XDomain":
The interface is unknown.

Does your nic work properly and is it set to obtain an IP from the
DHCP-server automatically?
