Do you know what this error mean:
Stop: c0000135 {Unable to Locate DLL} The dynamic link
library FILE_NAME could not be found in the specified path
Default Load Path.

I need help

Here is a Windows NT KB article that mentions this error ...

173309 Blue Screen STOP Message C0000135 Appears at Startup

You will likely need to put a parallel install of the OS on the machine to
get in and check for the presence of the file.

Did anything change right before this error started?
