error starting outlook re: add-in file vpmsece.dll

Installed 2002 and Symantec's Norton AV. When I installed
Norton, it said it could be used with Lotus Notes or
Outlook. I selected Outlook. I haven't tried
uninstalling NAV, but I think that it is related to this
error. Now when I start outlook, it says Add-
in "C:\Program Files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll" could not be
loaded.

Outlook will still open, after you click ok, and seems to
run fine, but how do I keep from getting this error.
