Error Signature

I keep getting the following Error Signature whenever I
use Iternet Explorer:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: gamsys.dll ModVer: 1.0.0.0
Offset: 00015262

The dialogue box that accompanies this error message,
informs me there is a problem and Internet Explorer needs
to close. I am left with no choice other than to close
the program.

Can anyone please explain why I am getting this error.

In the right-pane BHO section, disable the entry "{F36C1198-FC6B-4012-9928-DFA76FB56CC3}"

BTW, the DLL module does not give much information except it's name "IE 4.x - 5.x Adware Server".
