Error shutting down windows mail

Windows mail just doesnt seem to shut down, say the program is not working
properly. sometimes it restarts.
Its a real pain, my laptop is new and i have already had a complete systen
restore done with did seem to sort things out until i transfered all my data
across....now its playing up again.
Help!!!! Very frustrating
 
Which antivirus are you using?
Windows Mail is incompatible with most McAfee and Norton
antivirus programs. If you are using either of those two, it is
best to uninstall it and replace it with a more compatible
antivirus, such as the free version of Avast:
