Error Sending Messages

I followed the instructions in setting up my account from my server but my
messages will not send. The message reads:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'HAPPY HALLOWEEN', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Comcast made some changes in their email settings without telling
their customers. Follow these steps, beginning with step 10:

Note that the outgoing server now requires port 587 rather than 25.
