Hi!

A memory dump file gets created if the OS or an application crashes.
Try:-
Start > Run > sfc /scannow > ok

1) Disable Virtual Memory:

Right-click My Computer to view the System Properties dialog, click the
Advanced tab then the Settings button under Performance. Next, within the
Performance Options dialog click the Advanced tab then the Change button
under Virtual memory, make a note of the current Virtual Memory settings and
select the No paging file radio button, then click the Set button.

2) Delete the paging file

Reboot your computer. Open an Explorer window, click Tools then Folder
Options. Click the View tab and select the Show hidden files and folders
radio button. Now look for a file named pagefile.sys on your c: drive (this
may be a different drive letter depending on your settings) and delete it.
You will receive a warning that pagefile.sys is a system file.

3) Re-enable Virtual Memory

Right-click My Computer to view the System Properties dialog, click the
Advanced tab then the Settings button under Performance. Next, within the
Performance Options dialog click the Advanced tab then the Change button
under Virtual memory, at this stage restore the Virtual Memory settings you
made a note of in step 1, ensure that you click the Set button when
finished.

4) Reboot your computer. All should now be well.
