ERROR REPORT IN TASKBAR

I have an error reporting message in my taskbar. I try clicking on it with no
results. When I go into task mngr processes there is a dw15.exe that is tied
to it. the errror reporting only shows up when i go online and stays till i
log off. I did a system restore to a point before this and was ok for 2 weeks
but its back. Any help? Im not to comp. literate so please be easy.

dw15.exe is Microsoft Application Error Reporting

dw15.exe can be for almost any Microsoft program, i.e Microsoft Works Suite

On my Machine it's part of MS Money.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money\System

Do a Search for dw15.exe to see what folder(s) it's in.

Why it's stuck, I don't know.
