Error Reply or forwarding messages in outlook 2003

Just implemted the administrative options for Outlook email security update
Running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

While trying to reply or forward to a message I receive the following error;

A program is trying access you email addresses you have stored in outlook.
Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose no. Place a
check in the box by Allow access
for 1 min etc.

I can understand this message if another program was trying this but not
using reply???
Any help would be appreciated.
 
Does this also occur when you createa new message? What COM add-insare installed?
