Error receiving POP3 mail

Hi,

I'm having a litle problem, when a try to receive mail in Outlook 2007 or
Outlook 2003, i receive a 'login fail' error. I've tried in diferent computer
with this mail client. Curiously, when i configured the account in Windows
Mail, and also in Mozilla Thunderbird, they worked fine. I've tried to
contact the support of the mail server, but they say that everything is ok.
Could the problem occurs only in Outlook, it is possible???

Thanks in advance...
