error prevents outlook from starting

After uninstalling Norton Internet Security, Outlook won't start. I've
reinstalled it but still get the error message. Anybody know what's
happening or how I can fix it?
 
Have you tried creating a new profile via the mail applet in the control
panel? (Do not copy the existing mail profile. Create a new one.)

Outside of that, you might try posting the text of the error message.
