NORTON Internet Security Blocks Email?

Suddenly, Norton Internet Security seems to be blocking my email (happened
after a download?). Outlook won't connect to the (roadrunner) mail server.
Works if IS is disconnected.

Does anybody know anything about this or how to fix it?

this is a NIS problem,
please contact Norton to solve this problem!
