Error "Page Cannot be Displayed"

Hi,

I am facing a pecular problem with IE 6.0 sp1, When ever I
am trying to browse through IE I am getting an error as
"page cannot be displayed". The same thing when I browse
through windows explore it works fine. Also if I am trying
to browse through Netscape 7.0, I am able to browse.

I have done all the basic troubleshooting, still it is the
same. It would be great if somebody help me out in solving
this !!!!

I took the latest 6.0 update fom MS last night - it
loaded fine but now I cannot browse at all. Every page
request says refused due to 'access control list'. I
have no content controls at all and am planning to
reinstall IE6 to get bowsing back!
It could be a problem in latest mods. I run W98SE
