Hello, I was hoping that someone could help me out with
this problem that I am having.
This one user can't open Word Attachements that are sent
to him from specific email account. The error message
that he is receiving is the following "Can't create file.
Right click the folder you want to create the file in, and
then click on the shortcut menu to check your permissions
for the folder".
This happens whether we are tying to save the attachement,
or to just open it. I have checked the security
permissions on the folder (where we tried to save
attachement to), and he has full permissions (originally
he was running Win2k on Fat32 partition, I converted to
NTFS so security tab became visible).
Running Office XP on a Win2k OS. He can open other word
documents just fine. When this email is forwarded to
someone else in the office, they can open the email just
fine. This happened all of a sudden a week or 2 ago he
said.
