Error opening Outlook 2003

My default e-mail client application is Lotus Notes, but I am trying to
configure Outlook in order to see my email, but every time I try to install
Outlook, I get the following message:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has
occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information servce nwnsp.dll. Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured."

I looked for information about this issue at the Knowlege Base, but I don't
find anything that can help me. The situation is that it doesn't let me start
Outlook at all. It just gives the error and a Dialog box with OK, and no
explanation about how to fix the problem, I'm stock with the error and unable
to use Outlook.
¿Can anyone help?

I was running into the same problem. What I eventually did was create
another login on the same computer, logged into that, opened Outlook, made a
normal primary email account during the setup wizard, and then added a lotus
notes account after the initial setup was done.

Then I ran the Microsoft Office Save Settings Wizard thingy, and imported
those settings on my real login. After that, outlook started fine, and had
my Notes account setup. The only problem is that it refuses to talk with the
notes server to actually retrieve my email.

But hey, one step at a time.
