What photo editor are you trying to open them in? Does it work when you save
them first to your harddisk?

i'm using the windows default Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. No it doesn't
work either even when I save it in harddisk and open it. I'm reading
something regarding the security update 833987 (Buffer over run in JPEG
processing (GDI+) Code Allowing Execution. I think it happened after my
computer installed this security. According to this security update Win SP2
is not affeted by this by because my computer is on auto update it updated to
itself.

Do you think this is the reason also??

Is there anyway to removed this update from my system?

Removing the update it not something you want. Since it also doesn't work
when you save the picture to your harddisk first it is not an Outlook issue.
You might want to ask this in a Windows XP newsgroup.

Good Luck!
