Error Opening IE

I get the following error when I try to open IE.
The instruction at 0x01c0a95e referenced memory at
0x202c736d. The memory could not be read.

I have changed out memory sticks, I happened to have an
extra, and I still get the same message. I've removed and
reinstalled IE to no avail. I can access the Internet
through MS Outlook or using an other browser, such as
Opera.

Is this some registry problem?

That's been happening to alot of people lately and there is a quick cure.
