Error on startup

When restarting I recieve the following errormessage-" Error loading
cmicnfg.cpl
The specified module could not be found."
What is this and how do I correct it.

Uninstalled the C-Media Audio Card software and drivers then reinstall the
software and drivers for the Audio Card.
