Error on startup - Remote Procedure Call

Using Windows XP (home edition) on a Dell PC. Getting
error message - "Remote Procedure Call Service terminated
unexpectantly". The PC automatically reboots.
Able to boot up the PC in Safe Mode, but I'm not sure what
to check.

Any ideas?
